A little about me...

KO the Person

I was born and raised in the Philadelphia area which might explain why I’m partial to cheesesteaks and the sounds of Philly soul. My love of the mountains -- and skiing -- took me to Colorado for college and I eventually settled down in the Bay Area to be near my family. 

The best decision of my life was to adopt my daughter, Sasha, from Ukraine. 

I am told that one of my greatest strengths is my sense of humor, which often adds much-needed levity to even the most challenging circumstances.

I'm an avid tennis player which has taught me a lot about life – such as playing to my strengths, critical thinking and what it means to “win.”

I am a passionate, seasoned executive who works with emerging and high-growth businesses in a variety of industries. For the past 20+ years I’ve worked with global brands such as Telsa Motors, LEGO, and Beringer Vineyards. 

As a certified career and executive coach, I work with individuals to identify their core values and achieve goals and dreams that align with those values. I work closely with clients to help them gain self-awareness, question assumptions, and realize goals to achieve personal and professional success.

I help individuals at various points in their career – from those who are exploring new job opportunities to leaders who are taking on new challenges within their organization. My approach combines a balance of strategic thinking with personal discovery to help you reach your potential.
